Antonio Chaves - Gitaar en Drum

António Chaves was raised in a great musical environment, born in Portugal in 1977 with a Brazilian grateful musical legacy. He learned the percussion with the legendary Mestre Cobrinha, and could combine his musical enrichment with the development of educational artistic projects. He studied in the Jazz School of Porto and Music Therapy in FPCEP. He early started his own association for creative youth projects development with music and became a member of INIFAE, an international network for musicians searching for new methodologies in artistic education. When he started playing drums and guitar he was still a child, and very soon he began to play with the musicians who who collaborated with artists as Carlinhos Brown, Adriana Calcanhoto and Natiruts. He left very young Portugal and has been working in several music projects mainly in Europe and  South America.
